- Live Yuma (nama Yuma) – raw tofu skin (nama yuba)
- Thank you Teruyo (サンキュー･テルヨ) – 春日三球・照代, (Kasuga Sankyu, Teruyo)a manzai duo, 三球 sounds like katakana thank you, so I didn’t bother with localizing to English.
- ムカツキ チナツ (mukatsuki chinatsu)- a play on Wakatsuki Chinatsu (若槻千夏), a talent & former gravure idol, and disgusted (むかつく mukatsuku). I decided on Mad-onna (hyphen for clarity’s sake). Uh, y’know Madonna… (ok I’ll see myself out :’))
- ウマスギ ケンシン (umasugi kenshin) – Uesugi Kenshin (one of the most powerful daimyos of the Sengoku period). Another delicious pun, hence Jane Dee-licious (Jane Dee was the wife of John Dee, a philosopher & mathematician, also from the 16th century. Why didn’t I use John instead, you ask? Weeell we’ve already got Johnny Deplicious…)
